Whole place was fairly clean with good views; marvellous location very next to the highway exit. The hotel room was extremely spacious and functional, had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was very comfy, had particularly good bathroom...

Every visit to Siena we like to stay here. The staff is very, very nice and welcoming. This property is in a marvellous location, next to Montepulciano, Pirenze and Montalcino, very romantic Siena and the highway exit for Sienna.

Convenient location, near city center and bus station. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good variety and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff accommodating to late check-in and provided ground floor room for easy access. Quick access to highway for easy travel.

It's rooms are spacious and nnice and it's staff are helpful. Good location as bus stop is right beside the entrance and buses to the centre are frequent (every half hour).

Small,family run,and located out of town,set in vineyards,but close enough to public transport and one day we walked the 12klm round trip.Breacky was yummy.

The rooms with GOOD water pressure, the usual continental breakfast and airco were good sized. The location was ideal and comfy - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The rooms were very basic rooms for the price of the hotel. Granted it was a busier weekend, but what we paid for the room did not compare to the service, quality, and transportation issues of the hotel. The biggest issue was the availability of buses to the hotel. After a certain time at night it was required to take a taxi, the hotel was too faraway from the city to walk, and the buses ended at 8pm. Making it impossible to eat dinner and get back to the hotel cheaply. The day we left we were told the buses were not running and a taxi was called, we then saw buses running through the city.

One of the desk staff members was helpful and friendly. The other staff member appeared to be bothered by our questions, over the course of our two-day stay, related to check-in, the room, and local transportation. Also, while the breakfast was generally good, the coffee was the worst I've had.
